**Every year investment return of 4% ($2800). Investment of min 4 years to withdraw your initial $70K. Max investment of 10 years.
3. Full Takeover - all our renovation, shopspace, rental deposit, wedding and evening gowns, POS system are included. Inclusive is also 2 months of our time to fully hand over the business to you, from managing the space to marketing to handling customers.
