Family Commitments, no time to manage

We are new Employment Agency with Comprehensive Licence since 2016.
Currently we only focus on deployment of Myanmar and Indonesian maids, selling of biodatas to local employment agencies and training of maids. As we have obtained a Comprehensive licence new owner is allowed to branch out to the following:
1. Foreign Recruitment: Epass, Spass and Work permit (for Construction, Malaysians and PRC)
2. Local Placement & Executive Search ( Headhunting)
3. Temporary/Permanent Placement
4. Contract & Temp Staffing
· No rental overheads as we are homebased. However new owner can set up a shop front.
No demerit points with MOM.
· Handing over of existing Security Bond & Comprehensive license for 3 years till Oct 2019
· Take over of Website.
· Will change shareholding details at ACRA. Will retain UEN number so that Licence and Corporate Account can be transferred.
· Buyer has to apply for new EA Licence
Asking Price: SGD2100 Only
NOTE: Only serious buyers will be entertained! Prospective buyer has to show NRIC details for due diligence check at our end before meeting up to discuss.
