We are operating an air-conditioned  Family Restaurant / CAFE at ANG MO KIO AVE 10. Our food had been featured in TV as well as major newspapers. The Cafe is a HDB double storey shop with living quarters. The shop is strategically located with plenty of schools and colleges in the surrounding ie ITE AMK Headquarter, James Cook University (JCU), Nanyang Poly, Anderson JC etc etc ........
The rental is relatively cheap as the living quarter at the 2nd floor is a 3-Room Flat and can fetch rental return of up to $2500. Currently the living quarter is tenanted.
So, factoring in the rental return from the living quarter, the actual rental for the restaurant is only aroung _$3k. _This is even cheaper than some coffee shop food stall or Hawker Center Stall rental.
There is no restriction on the type of food as this is a standalone Family Restaurant.
The restaurant is nicely renovated with cozy ambient.
The takeover include all the interior set up, air-conditioners (1st and 2nd floor), 2 x TV, CCTV on 1st floor, CCTV on 2nd floor, marble tables, chairs, front cabinet POS counter, POS touch screen, display chiller, all kitchen equipments including double door glass panel chiller, undercounter stainless top chiller, freezer, oven, many stainless tables and racks ........ etc etc etc.
The shop is also equipped with grease trap, exhaust and 3-phase power supply.
We have plenty of spare equipment and stainless steel items including catering trays and stands which we are not able to list here but will be included in this take over as good will.
The takeover fee include all set up (exclude existing staff)  at $48K  negotiable.
