I do a Halloween pop up store every year. This year, i am unable to do so due to my main work commitments.
I have approximately ~500 sets of Halloween costumes for takeover.
Worth approx. $35k-50k, depending on the selling price you set. (my avg was $70, range from $50-$180)
My past 3 years Halloween sales were 33k(2014), 38k(2015), and 31k(2016).
I can provide suggestions on where to set up shop, marketing, etc.
