Despite being set up for only about 2 years, this business was set up from the start to be able to run properly via systems and with minimal input from the owner, making this a very easy-to-run business.
We have proven process to sell our products and services via Government grants which we are very familiar with. These grants allow us to provide a very good deal to our clients, allowing us to make sales very easily.
Our backend currently consists of one project manager and an outsourced team. Sales team currently consists of 3 salespeople, making this a very lean and profitable company.
If you're interested in being a business owner in a pretty much plug-and-play system, this is likely a very suitable opportunity.
If I don't manage to sell the business in 3 months or so and decide to stay on in Singapore, I would be expanding the products and services and scaling up; if I decide to sell in another year or so, price would likely be much higher than my current target price.
