an eCommerce business which sells trendy home accessories and small furnitures. Items are (example) Wall Clocks, iPhone Speakers shaped like a megaPhone, cute kitchen salt & peppar dispenser shaped like batteries.
All items once sold online, is being delivered by a dedicated warehouse management system.
It isn't a multi-million business but it feeds us ( 2 owners ). A new owner can probably bring new injection of products and ideas. All other logistics and eCommerce set-up process are already in place.
Reason why we want to sell is because
a) My partner has migrated out of Singapore with her husband.
b) I have taken over fully and have no time to improve on the business, also because I have other commitments.
Price to sell: between $100k to $200k.
Bulk of this price is due to the online sales gateway + automated warehouse inventory and delivery software system that we invested. The remaining justification is available upon discussion.
ALTHOUGH the price is set between $100k to 200k, I hope to sell this business to a rightful owner with internet/web ambitions...so if the rightful owner is you, I will be willing to negotiate an attractive first payment of LESS than $80k. The remainder can be spread across 12 - 24months.
