Shanghai-Based Consulting WFOE For Sale

We would like to sell our Shanghai Consulting WFOE (Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise) with business scope to include advertising, marketing, branding, PR, Graphic Design, Event Planning & Management, Web and Packaging design and similar.

This WFOE would only suit someone in one of the above-listed businesses and who wants to locate in central Shanghai. (Changing location and scope of business is not an easy process in China!)

You would need to use both our Chinese and English WFOE company names for trading and bureaucratic purposes, invoicing, chops etc but you can use your own brand name on all client-facing CI including your website.

Our WFOE is 100% owned by our Hong Kong company so a change of shareholders there and a change to the legal representative of the China WFOE are the main changes required.

Our WFOE was established in 2008 and has successfully completed all annual audits since then up to and including 2013.

The owner now wants to relocate back to his home country in the UK for family reasons.

Buying a WFOE has some strong advantages over establishing a new one. Firstly you can access the market much faster and secondly you can bypass the registered capital requirement needed for all new WFOE's as well as the mountain of paperwork.

We're looking for S$25K ONO for both the WFOE and HK entities.
