Science Cube is currently the top Primary
School Science Specialist in Singapore, providing the best personalised and
customised programme for our students, in line with MOE's syllabus.
Our team comprises of dedicated teachers and
operations staff, who have 9 to 17 years of experience in this industry. The
whole teaching team was pioneer teaching staff from Science Buddies (yr
2000-2016) then to Science Alive (2013-2016) and now Science Cube. Currently,
the following expansion plans have been executed:
1. Science Cube has been awarded by Parents
World Magazine as the BEST PERSONALISED SCIENCE PROGRAMME 2016/2017 (write-up
and certificates will be provided upon request).

2. Science Cube's students get to explore
Science in the real world and not just out of their textbooks, tutorials
and worksheets. Our experiment and inquiry-based programmes empower
our students to learn Science in the way best suited to them.

3. Science Cube had participated in the mega
education fair, organised by Times Experience from 10 to 13 November 2016 at
Singapore Expo, Hall 4. This fair has managed to secure new students in the
centre for 2017.

4. Science Cube HQ is located at Parkway Centre, a
strategic location in East Coast/Marine Parade.

Science Cube plans to expand further in Singapore and various parts of South East Asia like Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand as well as Korea, we have opened up the following options for investment/funding or a full take-over based on your preference, outlook as well as for the future of the company, staff and students.

A) Investment of a minimum of $10,000 into the company.

Payouts are proposed as follows:

i) If it is a short-term investment for a minimum of 2 years, a 15% returns, payable in 2 parts; at year end of 2017 and 2018. Principal to be paid out together with the returns, in 2 payments as well.

Eg Principal $50 000
15% of $50 000 = $7500

$3750 to be paid in 2017 with $25 000 principal and another $3750 to be paid in 2018 with the remaining $25 000

OR

- a 20% returns at the end of 2018, together with the lump sum of the principal.


However, should a takeover is preferred, options are as follows:

B) A FULL takeover of the whole entity with branding, existing awards, premise with fixtures and renovations FSSB certified worth $40,000, existing student base and new students, teachers, sales staff and lesson plans at SGD150, 000 (negotiable). No hidden charges or additional admin costs as all takeover costs and charges like legal, ACRA and bank account amendment details charges will be incurred by current business owner.

OR

C) A FULL takeover of the whole entity with premise with fixtures and renovations FSSB certified, existing student base and new students, teachers, sales staff and lesson plans EXCEPT AND NOT INCLUSIVE of branding (name) and awards at SGD100, 000 (non-negotiable). No hidden charges or additional admin costs as all takeover costs such as legal charges will be incurred by current business owner.
All the agreements/contracts above will be properly prepared by our legal advisor/corporate lawyer (ARLC) in order to protect all parties involved legally.
