- This is a new Tuition Centre operating at Bukit Timah Beauty World Plaza and we are looking at prospect tenant to lease out the shop from Sep 2018 to Dec 2018 as Tuition Training classroom as well as to continue to operate as own Learning Centre.

- We are proposing new tenant can be from another Tuition entity to share out the shop space on weekday or weekend from Sep 2018 to Dec 2018. The new Tenant can start anytime from 22th Aug 2018 for their tuition class.

- New Tenant need to sign rental agreement with us from Sep 2018 to Dec 2018 4 months contract.
- New Tenant must be passionate towards education and must be ready to get its own group of students
- Fully fitted enrichment school for rent
- URA approved use for commercial school

- Per Month Rental (Sep to Dec 2018) : SGD$1,350 (all weekday) / SGD$2,000 (all days 24 days)
- Security Deposit : SGD$1,350 (weekday) / SGD$2000 (all days)
- 1 month refundable security deposit / 1 month rental to be pay upon assigning of contract.
- Available immediately and new tenant can start anytime.
- New Tenants can place their banner and signboard at the shop if rental successful, at their own cost.

Reason : Due to other business committment I do not have the time to handle this tuition business and I also very poor in marketing sales. I do not have any support from anyone therefore this Tuition centre will be more of one man shop. I am looking for tenants to share out the rental on either weekday or weekend until contract expiry.
