What We Do
Curves is a women-only, circuit training gym that provides a 30-minute workout that combines strength and cardio exercise. The strength-training component utilizes hydraulic resistance machines, which means no weight stacks to manage, and the entire routine is set to lively music. The hydraulic machines also provide cardio.

Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 1:00pm (last workout, 12:30pm), 4:00pm to 8:00pm (last workout, 7:30pm). Saturday: Open half day from 8:30am to 1:00pm (last workout, 12:30pm). Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

You’ll feel comfort with every aspect of running your Curves before you ever begin. In addition, seller will provide appropriate support during transition. As the owner/manager for almost seven years, he has gained much knowledge and insight. Then you have ongoing support such as online access to tools, an Area Director out of Kuala Lumpur, and area support meetings. For Marketing & Product Support, there is new corporate ownership at HQ in USA that will provide marketing and product initiatives.
