I have been running it for the last 5 years and is profitable but i have other business commitment to attend to. Retail business is the best cause all receivables are in CASH!
Currently the kiosk is run by 2 committed full-time staffs at estimated $2000 salary each. They are willing to continue with new owner with similar salary terms.
Or you can takeover and run it as a family business
Estimated start-up capital for Woodlands North Plaza with 2.75yrs balance contract with at least $1.5k nett profit monthly:
Takeover franchisee = $13k
Rental and franchise deposit, admin fee and other misc costs to franchisor = $5k
Total = $18k
The above amount excludes stocks estimated at $15k.
