Hi I selling due to diversifying to the financial sector, This company has been profitable since day 1 as we had secure 4 MOE contract to teach in their CCA activities . Currently i have 3 full timer instructor + 1 Part time.
Currently we are still bidding for more MOE contract. As this company reputation with the ministry and this industry is good and had won many SYF (Distinction)award with the school.
The potential is great and all my 3 instructors( All Female) are responsible and work really hard since day 1 . I am requesting for a full takeover including all MOE contract and 2 Performance contract with one of the famous hotel in singapore.
Basically we do not had any office and i actually doing it as a part time basic. I sincerely looking for some one who are responsible , honest and are able to expand and built up the business progressively.
Average monthly sales is around 8k to 15k (Including Peak /off peak season)
Net profit around $5-7K
I will provide full support for 3 months upon taking over. Mean while also introducing you to all the contacts with the teachers in MOE for your future preference.
Take Over fees : $150,000
